Origin is defined by variety, campaign timing, format, destination documentation and the volume required.
South Pacific origin
Cherries, lemon, strawberry, apple and peach, frozen in certified plants in the central and southern valleys. Chilean campaigns are short and unforgiving, so we contract capacity before they open
Pacific origin
IQF avocado and HPP avocado pulp, blueberries, strawberry, mango and pineapple. Peru gives us counter-seasonal cover and the longest avocado window in the region.
