Peruvian Golden pineapple IQF for foodservice, retail and industrial programs, with cut and packaging confirmed to program requirements.
Overview
Buying IQF pineapple is often a labour decision as much as an ingredient decision. Fresh preparation requires receiving, storage, trimming, core removal, waste handling and staff time before a usable portion reaches the recipe. A frozen program can transfer much of that preparation to origin and give food-service or industrial teams a more repeatable starting ingredient, provided the cut and quality definition suit the operation.
Fruttaio maps the buyer’s preparation process, portioning needs and destination requirements before selecting a facility in Peru. The program is then defined around the intended use rather than around a generic stock item. This may support beverage, bakery, prepared food, food-service and retail applications, but exact cut dimensions, grade, pack construction, shelf life, minimum order, container load and production capacity are available upon request until the selected facility confirms them. We coordinate the written brief, available documentation and shipment conditions so the buyer can compare the real operating value—including labour and waste—not only the price per kilogram.

Origin & supply
This program is developed with selected growers and specialized processing facilities in Peru. Fruttaio confirms the production window, facility capability and available documentation for each program before contracting. Regional harvest and processing windows apply, so year-round supply is never presented as guaranteed.
Available formats
Formats vary according to the program and the selected processing facility. Retail, foodservice and industrial bulk configurations can be developed, under the Fruttaio brand or as private label. Exact cut, pack construction, weights and minimum print runs are confirmed in the approved specification.
Note: Formats depend on product, origin, selected facility and approved program.
Quality & documentation
Technical specifications and certification documentation are confirmed according to the product, processing facility and destination market. Certifications and audits such as BRCGS, HACCP, USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal and SMETA may be available depending on origin, facility and program scope; they are not presented as universal. Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis and traceability to campaign, production date and lot.
Packaging & private label
Bulk, foodservice, retail and private-label packaging can be coordinated depending on the product, processing facility, packaging line, minimum order and program. Artwork adaptation, sample production and destination labelling compliance are managed as a structured process, with your name on the pack and a written brief governing the specification.
